The project was funded by Hornby Trust. It aimed to involve teachers from across Uzbekistan with a purpose to train ESP teachers to develop their own teaching materials suiting their contexts and needs. Over 50 ESP teachers from 34 higher educational institutions across Uzbekistan took part in the project. It consisted of 3 stages: receiving input (2-day training)- developing materials (online 2-month phase) and presenting materials & exchanging feedback (final stage -1-day get-together).
