Our visits to various institutions to meet with ESP teachers and tell them about UzTESPING have been very productive. Engaging with ESP teaching colleagues, Komila Tangirova could learn about different contexts, day-to-day problems experienced in teaching practice. She could see enthusiasm of teachers when they learned about UzTESPING. At the end of these meetings, Komila Tangirova invited all the participants to join UzTESPING and asked for an institutional representative. This way, UzTESPING board got larger with every meeting held. One ESP teacher represented his/her institution in UzTESPING board. I could also observe the interest from heads of departments and institutional administrations as they apparently saw the importance of their teachers engaging in UzTESPING activities.
